Impresii Hotel Dobedan Beach Resort Comfort Side

We went with a 5 years old child, the food and the staff really great, nothing to regret. The kids club activities and the opening timeframe in some days (up to 23:00 in the night) for us was perfect, we enjoyed soft drinks and a relaxing time near the pool bar, while our daugther enjoyed the kids club activity, mini disco. Staff from the pool bar, beach bar, restaurants, kids club, cleaning really professional and great, the guest of the hotel were not that great.
The room furniture looked a little bit old and broken, at least in our room. And we felt uncomfortable due to the fact that we were not able to find any sunbeds after 09:00AM free near the pool (either near the one for the adults nor the one for the kids), the towels were left early in the morning as a message "booked/reserved" although the people that were doing this, barely arrived to the pool. Maybe a rule for not allowing this sort of " sunbeds booking" would be really helpful for future guests.

Evident, ar fi câte ceva de zis despre unii oaspeți ai hotelului (dar cine mai acordă importanță bunei cuviințe, educației, etc. ... ?)

Am petrecut 10 zile foarte frumoase la acest hotel,nu ne asteptam sa fie chiar atat de bine,comparand cu Delphine Palace,Imperial,Susesi,Miracle la care am mai fost.Am fost atat de placut surprinsi,din toate punctele de vedere.

Singurul comentariu negativ este ca hotelul este plin de rusi , iar personalul nu prea stie engleza, dar este un aspect minor in comparatie cu ce ofera hotelul.
Mergem de vreo 7 ani la All inclusive, si in acest timp mi-am dat seama ce greu este sa alegi un hotel dintre multele hoteluri pe care le ofera agentiile.Niciodata nu stii ce gasesti la fata locului, daca lucrurile au evoluat in bine sau in rau de la an la an. In fiecare an au fost nemultumiri mai mici sau mai mari legate de locatie, de curatenie, de mancare, de pozitionare, etc. Anul acesta pot spune ca a fost un sejur perfect. Nu am avut nimic de comentat. Personalul foarte amabil, foarte flexibil, curatenie de nota 10, schimbat prosoape si lenjerie in fiecare zi. Este hotelul cu cel mai mult personal pe care eu l-am vizitat. Servire la masa cu bauturi. Intr-adevar hotel de 5 stele. Sau poate diferenta este data de faptul ca este Ultra All Inclusive. Recomand! :)
