Impresii Hotel THALIA DECO CITY & BEACH CRETA

First of all , the staff was very friendly and open to help you with everything you need. Everybody speaks very good English (the lady from the front desk knew 7 languages) and the informations that they gave us were very useful.
The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were replaced every 2-3 days.
If you want to use AC you need to pay 7 eur/ day. We had our trip at the end of August, and we didn't need the AC.
Breakfast was good, but every day the same.
We definitely want to return in Crete and to Thalia Hotel.

Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. You will pay extra if you want A/C and fridge.
The shower cabin was really small in my room. Not a problem for me, but can be for a larger person.

Room had a large balcony with table and 2 chairs and we used them to dry our towels. We had our towels replaced every 3 days and it was OK.

Breakfast is good. Typical Greek, nothing extraordinary. Coffee is good as well.

It's a good price/quality rapport and I would return.
