Impresii Hotel Jasmine Palace Resort Hurghada

Hotelul e decent, nu se apropie de un hotel de 5 stele din Europa, mai mult 3-4 stele. Ce m-a dezamagit cel mai tare a fost mancarea care era foarte nevariata. Ce mi-a placut a fost personalul care era prietenos.

A fost in regula. Va mulțumesc!

Curatenia in camera de hotel a lasat mult de dorit. Desi este catalogat ca fiind de 5*, cu greu ii dai 3*.
Mancarea bunicica, nimic spectaculos, dar intr-un final gaseai ceva sa iti fie pe plac.
Personalul amabil in mare parte, cu exceptia barmanului de la barul de pe plaja si a persoanei care era alocata la curatenia din camere.
Hotelul nu are wi-fi si asta ar fi un mare minus.

Am petrecut 8 zile in resortul Jasmine Palace, prima impresia odata ajunsi in hotel a fost ok, f mare si frumos, dar curatenia lasa de dorit... si aici nu ma refer la maturat pe jos, spalat, etc ci la perdele, draperii cuverturile de pe pat....
Totul functional in camere, uscator, dus, wc. Foarte placut surprinsi de barbatii care faceau curatenie, zilnic gaseam diverse figurine facute din prosoape, zilnic ne-au schimbat prosoapele fara ca noi sa le fi lasat pe jos, ba chiar ne-au adus si flori in camera. Dar daca realizezi ca timpul petrecut in camera este unul f scurt, poti trece si peste praful din draperii. Mancarea ne-a surprins pe toti, a fost buna si gustoasa, peste, pui, miel, vita, paste, cartofi, ciorbe, supe creme, prajituri foooarte multe si gustoase, foietaje la fel de multe, fructe, iaurturi si multe altele. Nu ne-am imbolnavit nu am avut absolut nicio problema legata de digestie sau altceva.
Recomand acest resort, dar doar persoanelor care nu isi doresc sa dea sume mari, peste 1000-1500 euro pt cazare si mancare. Excursiile foarte frumoase, ne-am simtit minunat. Inca ceva, negociati absolut tot ce se poate negocia, de la suveniruri pana la excursii, noi am luat 3 excursii cu 250 euro, altcineva a luat 4 excursii cu 240 euro, deci negociati pt orice.

Good parts
Friendly stuff - the interaction we had with hotel personnel was pleasant and kind. The guys at the bar were always smiling and we had quite an experience with 2 of them. One named a cocktail after me (and its my favorite so far) and the other one had always cared about our well being especially for my husband’s extra cold beer. Food is great! For all cravings, all diets. I believe that even the pickiest ones can find at lest 3 meals per day to their liking - Hello, its me, the pickiest one. The programs provided by the animation team are nice. We are loners, so we do not participate nor engage human interactions, but we had our corner from where we enjoyed the evening entertaining shows.
Bad parts
5 stars at this hotel are different than the European 5 stars, so keep in mind this. The furniture in the room and in the dining areas are affected by the time, but not this was the unpleasant factor - the cleanliness of this areas is questionable. We had to change the first room assigned because of the dirt and multiple dead garden bugs and mosquitoes lying on the floor. The second room was slightly better but still dusty and untidy - but housekeeping did their best the following days regarding this. The shower, the dirt under beds, the quality of the furniture in the room were hard to stand, so we will consider another hotel when returning to Egypt OR booking a superior type of room (ours was a double with garden view). In our 7 nights stay there was one time when we had uncleaned fork in the sealed pack, and several times when we saw the seal incorrectly closed - so we assumed, maybe not fairly, that the cutlery is not well cleaned. The level of the sea is ankle high like maybe 50 meters and in some days the shore is dry as the sea retracts, so consider walkings on the pontoon to actually swim. The sunbeds available on the beach are also not in their best shape and do not expect the fine rich golden sand where you can burry yourself in, here is not the case.

Internet is not free, its 5 dollar per day or 15 per week, available only in the reception area. We bought sim cards from airport and it was fine. Bring feet protective covers suitable for swimming There are a lot of mosquitoes, buy mosquitoes skin spray.
