Great services ,the room wasn't great and it was small.

The services were very good and the food was great,you had a lot of variety,there was an entertainment team which offered activities the entire day, and shows in the evenings.We stayed in Sol Palmanova ll and the hotel was pretty old,the room was small and not updated..The wooden floor had cracks and holes in it ,the AC wasn’t working,but the room was very clean and and they solved the AC issue in the same day as we reported.Overall,the experience was pleasant and the services were excelent.
