Beautiful hotel with great services

I disagree the bad reviews written before. It is a great hotel! It's a pity that tourism agencies don't promote and recommend it enough!
The hotel grounds are so beautiful, lush and green and the mountains behind the hotel are an amazing background, blending beautifully the pine forest smell with the sea.
Wonderful food! Good variety and taste both at the main and snack restaurant! The manager himself is present overseeing the service quality! 👏There are some queues at the beginning of the meal time, pretty much like anywhere else. The coffee quality at the main restaurant is not great . You get a free decent one (Turkish coffee) only at the lobby bar. As a paid alternative, a good machine made coffee costs 3 euro at the same bar. Very nice red hair bartender remembering your preferences! 👏
Sunbeds around the pool are not enough but somehow I managed to find at least one available even at 9 am. I see this common in most of the hotels.
Nice room, with functional A/C, comfortable bed mattress, clean and equipped with everything you need (slippers, shower cap, soap-shampoo in dispenser, kettle). The furniture is a little bit dated, but for me it is not a problem.
Wi-fi is free only within 300 MB per device, which could be enough if accessing only Whatsup.The cost for 7 days is 15 euro per device. The good thing is that it has a decent coverage on the entire hotel area, including the beach and pier.
The animation team is so nice!!!❤️ There are only 3 people (Cris, Ozzy, Illy) who cover a lot of activities 👏 ( belly dance, gym, pool gym, Darts, volley, water polo, night shows) always with a smile on their faces, not too pushy but engaging. active than mentioned in other reviews. The foam parties( twice a week) are very nice and the White Party on the pier is amazing. Bravooo, you're doing a great job, guys! 👏On Sunday the team has a day off, so day animation on our own.
Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent and I'm not an easy to please person. I would definitely come back! Thanks everyone for making it a wonderful stay!❤️
