Am luat o mini vacanța de 1mai de 5 zile in Grecia... Făcând rezervarea cu o zi înainte majoritatea hotelurilor de 5 stele erau ocupate,singurul rămas era Theophano! Din lipsa de alternative am ales acest hotel cu nesiguranta neavând prea multe informații convingătoare. Hotelul face parte din grupul de hoteluri "G Hotels" si este in aceeași locatie cu Athos Palace și Pallini Beach. Este situat la 2 km de la ieșirea din stațiune, nu este departe centrul noi mergând pe jos cu copilul! In apropiere la 2-3min se găsesc taverne si magazine! Hotelul este mic cu 2 etaje sub forma de semiluna, întins pe o suprafața generoasa cu grădina bine îngrijită si frumoasa cu loc de joaca pt copii cu piscina principala nu foarte mare cu zona delimitata pt copii, cu bar si șezlonguri. Mai sunt 2 piscine mai mici care aparține de apartamente insa pot fi folosite fără restricții! Noi am ales un deluxe Suite care era împărțit in 2camere cu paturi duble, pătut pt copil,2bai cu cada, prosoape de plaja, de baie si halate! Camera era f frumoasa cu mobilier alb clasic ca si stil, cu lenjerii si perdele in culori calde si plăcute,care NU este vechi! Curățenie exemplara peste tot, se schimbau prosoapele si lenjeria in fiecare zi! Restaurantul hotelului era micuț insa mâncarea nu multă dar pe toate gusturile si servire ireproșabilă! Apa la masa costa 2€(Avea1,5l). Plaja îngrijită curată in apa erau câteva pietre dar nu deranjau deloc! Cu siguranță voi reveni in vara pentru o noua vacanța! Merita hotelul dacă vreți o vacanța liniștita cu soare si relaxare!.

We, with care and discretion, remain aware of what the needs of any individual guest might be and remain open to any contact any time with any guest.We sincerely regret your disappointment on particularly the service we have offered you.Allow us to let you know that our digital coffee machines in our restaurants operate till a certain amount of coffee pots, which never allow any interference to the quality of our coffee offered to our kind guests. A matter of taste to any guest is more than welcomed to hear it and discuss it when it concerns furnishing /decoration, whilst the dear guest is staying with us. Your remarks, honest and kind as always, will only give us strength to go on with offering to all guests, our best services .We lament the fact that we did not have the chance to hear all your comments , during your visiting us, because we would immediately have looked for a quick and to the point solution as well as an excuse to any matter aroused during your staying with us.We are reading , that the restaurant management asked a fellow guest to get her own hot water. We would like to point to all kind guests, as well to you dear guest Lindsey, that our entire team put a lot of effort to maintain the highest standards of service, a fact that you have witnessed it yourself we are sure,..so as to let our guests feel most valued and genuinely cared for. Asking a guest to get hot water by himself , from which place (?) if there is not such in our restaurant, is something that cannot take place in our restaurant as our restaurantserves a la carte all the beverages as well as coffee and tea. We have no place, no post mix, that can offer self service facility, around the area of restaurant to any guest of our Hotel. We serve anything a guest wishes, and most of the times immediately, a la carte. We strongly believe that that was only a misunderstanding between as you point that it was , the management.., and or the waiter(?) and the guest. Moreover, the passion for gastronomy being one of the prime pillars for our company, we strive to make your meals more interesting day by day so a 14 day menu list stays to all guests' disposal, anytime a guest would like to get information from.We hope and strongly believe, that we will have the great chance to meet you once again dear Guest Lindsey, and be able to fulfill all expectations for perfect holidays , and to welcome you once again to Ghotels, offering you best of our services.Our pool stays open as well as our Breeze beach Bar from the very first moment our hotel is open, and serves salads, snacks, ice cream, sweets, cocktails, refreshments, coffee from 10 in the morning to 18 hours in the evening. We are sorry that a fully occupied pool, made you feel uncomfortable , though our venue offers as well the chance to all our kind guests to relax at our private beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas right next to our pool free of charge. We will remain at your kind disposal for any further information, expecting you to give us the possibility of welcoming you again.
