Anul acesta, desi am avut rezervare din luna noiembrie 2015, cu o saptamana inainte s-au trezit ca au suprarezervari si ne-au oferit cazare la alt hotel 3 zile in Sunny Beach si intrare gratuita la aqua-park-ul din Sunny Beach. Cazarea la celalat hotel a fost in regula, insa cand au trebuit sa ne dea biletele pentru aqua-park au incercat sa ne fenteze, astfel ca am fost nevoiti sa apelam la ajutorul agentiei Jeka, care a rezolvat situatia in nici doua ore. In rest serviciile all inclusive sunt standard, insa nu toti receptionerii si managerii hotelului cunosc limba engleza.
Am fost cazati la acest hotel in perioada 21-28.06.2014 si am fost foarte multumiti de serviciile oferite. Camera dubla este acceptabila pentru trei persoane, curatenia se face zilnic cu aspiratorul de mare putere, schimbandu-se totodata prosoapele murdare. Mancarea este foarte buna, avand o mare diversitate de salate la fiecare masa de pranz sau cina(salate de linte, de brocoli, de conopida, de naut, de morcovi cu ceapa, de crab cu diverse legume). De asemenea, la fiecare masa era cate un fel de peste si de gratar, pe langa sase feluri de mancare gatita si doua feluri de ciorbe ori supe.
Minusul il reprezinta lipsa plajei proprii, dar la piscina sunt suficiente sezlonguri indiferent de ora, iar distanta pana la plaja este de doar 10 metri.
Dear partners from Tripadvisor, dear guests of Primasol Sineva Park Hotel, I would like to thank all of you, who have chosen, are choosing now or will choose Primasol Sineva Park Hotel for a place to spend your vacation. Throughout the entire multiannual cooperation with the authoritative site Tripadvisor only one single case compels me to respond to a certain comment as accusations and untruths are addressed to the hotel. This is the comment of July 2015, namely “This hotel made my holiday a hell”. The child of the tourists posted this comment became ill while staying with his parents at our hotel by summer influenza with fever and nausea. This condition was confirmed by the medical team that is available 24 hours at the hotel. Food poisoning cannot occur at the territory of our hotel as nutrition in the restaurants and bars is monitored daily in compliance with the regulations and standards of HACCP system introduced by us. For each averagely educated person it is clear that in cases of food poisoning all people who have been in contact with the outbreak point of the diseases will be affected. All people without any exception. Unfortunately, in the case for which I need to respond, the parents have not taken the basic care needed when traveling with a small child – they have not provided medical insurance for their child. Although they used the benefits of the professional care of our physicians, they refused to pay for that service, and furthermore they had no medical insurance to cover that medical assistance. We had to witness extremely unpleasant scenes from the tourists that necessitated the intervention of the police. With all due respect to the opinion and personality of each tourist who visited our hotel, I need to make clear the above unpleasant facts about the people who wrote this comment. I have to do that because this comment slanders in very poor way the work and efforts of my entire team and the reputation of the hotel built over the years. Dear guests of Primasol Sineva Park Hotel as this is the first time I address you personally, I would like to express my respect and gratitude to you. I would like to thank you for the feedback we receive and read with great attention. Each review - positive or negative - is very important to us. The positive evaluation of the efforts made by us is the greatest reward for our work. Negative comments make us to be more diligent and vigilant, so that we can provide at most a good and beautiful summer vacation for you and your families.
