Am avut ocazia sa stau mai mult timp in Bruxelles cazandu-ma la cest hotel si pot sa spun ca am fost multumit de tot ce ofera, pe parcursul sederii mele simtindu-ma foarte bine, daca o sa am ocazia o sa ma intorc.
Dear guest,First of all I would like to thank you for being such a loyal customer with the NH Group.And also to have chosen to stay at the NH Brussels City Centre.Indeed we have had some problems with the heating in the room where you have stayed and I would like to appologize for that. Our maintenance department did look into the the problem during your stay but we had to call an outside company to fix the problem. There again, they had to order the missing parts that were failing to work. Unfortnately it tooks us one week to be able to fix it. Also about the restaurant, it has been decided to keep the restaurant closed since the brussels attacks due to the lack of business and the low occupancy. It is true that during two days last week, we have been fully booked, but that was an exception. Knowing that there are a lot of restaurants in the direct neighborhood of the hotel, it is always convenient to step outside a cross the dtreet to have a wide choice of different places to have dinner.Please do accept my appologize for this unusual situation. I hope to be able to welcome you again in the near future. Please keep me informed whenever you should come back, I will be happy to personally welcome you.Kind regards,
