Cerere procesata cu success
am stat recent in acest hotel (iunie 2014).
Pro: mare, curat, bine dotat (mai ales la mancare), gradini frumoase, personal serviabil.
1. toboganele cu apa aveau apa doar pana la ora 12 si apoi 14-16, exact cand era arsita mai mare. Cum copiii nu aveau cum sa stea afara dupa pranz si pana pe la ora 16, balaceala lor se limita pana la ora 12.
2. la fel cu celelalte activitati in aer liber: toate se inchideau la ora 16-17. Inteleg disperarea unor turisti de a se praji la soare, dar totusi mai sunt si oameni responsabili care pot obtine un bronz sanatos. E vara, ziua e lunga, nu cred ca e problema de a plati prea mult curent electric (nocturna)
3. am inteles ca pisicile sunt f importante in Turcia si ca cele din incinta hotelului erau vaccinate si spalate, dar aveau doua pisici horror: zgarda le rosese pielea gatului si sangerau, una era chioara de batrana ce era... De-a dreptul disgratios, mai ales in timpul meselor, cand se plimbau printre picioarele turistilor
4. programul de masa era neadecvat: micul dejun tinea pana la 11.30, iar pranzul era intre 12-14. Apoi... nimic pana la ora 19 (erau niste gustari, dar care se terminau f repede la cati turisti erau). Practic micul dejun si pranzul aproape ca se suprapuneau, iar apoi mureai de foame
Per total nu-i un hotel rau, dar e loc de mai bine pentru cele 5 stele pe care spun ca le au.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the difficulties encountered during your stay. Please kindly note that during winter period ( November - End of March) all outlets etc are closed. Depending on weather conditions some might be open but with beginning of April all pools, snacks, bars are open.
