Multumim angajatilor Jeka pentru sugestia de a alege acest hotel. Pentru o familie cu copil mic, 3 ani, este foarte bun. Este pe plaja, intr-un resort linistit, cu multa verdeata, mancarea buna si diversificata, piscinele sunt curate, loc de joaca pentru copii. In camere se face curat si se schimba prosoapele zilnic, iar lenjeria se schimba la 2-3 zile. As reveni oricand in aceasta locatie.

Dear Airwing53,Thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays and for giving us the oppurtunity to explain our view of this issue.You booked one single room for one night and were accommodated in a room with two beds. After your checked in you went to the reception and requested to invite a friend for the night.Our receptionist explained that room was charged for one person and in addition the second person has to pay also the accommodation as the price of the room depends on how many persons are going to use the room.After your friend arrived in the night she was stopped by the security staff because as you already mentioned we are an all inclusive hotel and your girlfriend didn’t have a bracelet. For security reasons of the other guests living in the hotel all visitors who are not known by the staff are kindly asked if they need help for finding someone. According to the Bulgarian legislation all types of accommodation are obliged to keep a register with the data of all guests checked-in. Therefore your friend was asked to present her identity card.Obviously you didn’t want to pay for a double room and later your friend left the hotel.The security of all our guests is important to us and therefore we follow the rules.
