Impreuna cu sotul meu ne-am petrecut concediul de vara la Hotel Latini.A fost cea mai inspirata alegere din viata noastra. Zona este de vis, cazarea, mancarea la superlativ.
Am beneficiat din partea hotelului de un voucher cadou cu care am putut sa vizitam toate obictivele turistice din Zell Amm See si Kaprun, inclusiv cu telecabina-gratis-toul din partea hotelelui.
Ne-au tratat regeste, am avut accesul la piscine , sala de fittnes, sauna din cadrul hotelului-gratis.
N-o sa va plictisiti, recomand din suflet!!!!!
Dear Mister Sadeq!Thank you for joining us at the Latini Hotel in Zell am See!I am glad that you enjoyed your stay even if there are some inconveninces you mentioned. We do not give out irons due to safty reasons but we offer laundry and ironing service at the hotel. Also we serve cold drinks, tea and coffee in our serveral restaurants during 18 hours per day, a bottle of water is complementary on each room. Kettles can be taken from the reception. We offer bathrobes, towels slippers, shampoo, a kids play ground is in the garden and a very rich buffet breakfast is offered for our guests. We are definitly not on a savings plan. Please also double check the room rate in comparison to other hotels of same category in our area - you will find our roomrates very reasonable. I am desperatly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.In Austria all Hotels will be checekd by the govrenement and ofcourse our standards fit the austiran requirements. 1. We give wlan hot spots to our guest and there is wlan in the rooms. eventhough we never promote that we have wlan access in the rooms. Most of the time with iphones it does not connect due to strong firewalls of the iphones.2. as guest amenities we offer soap, shower gel, shower cap, bathrobes and Slippers, towels in the spa area and a bottle of water on arrival.3. only in a few Hotels you will find coffee facilitiesit - it is not as a standard required from the governement for 4 Star Hotels. We offer hot and cold drinks in our resturants during 18 hours a day, 4. we do not provide Irons due to safty reasons but provide ironing Service on request.5. our half board dinner consists of starter, soup, salad from the buffet an three main course to be selected, as well as a sweet final and this is very usual .We are very glad that we have lots of guests which we could have satisfied during their stay. To be honest it took me a while to get through your texte. I agree with you, some of the complaints are with good cause, some are as you mentioned subjetive feelings. I do remember you and our conversation concerning amongst others the coffea tea facilities in the rooms and that I explained our plans to refurbish in the near future. If I would go into each detail this would go beyond the scope and we are glad that so many of our guests feel comfortabel troughout the year.For any inconveniences I appologize.
