- hotel curat, organizat sub forma unui mic oras in stil cretan. o arhitectura deosebita cu camere spatioase, curate si bine utililate
- plaja este relativ ok, cu nisip, singurul aspect mai putin placut (dar specific zonei) sunt pietrele de la intrarea in apa
- internet gratuit la o viteza decenta ( fara limita/device) aproape in toate zonele din complex, inclusiv pe plaja
- mancarea ok si diversitate relativ ok, bauturi ok
- personal prietenos (f multi romani ca angajati)
Minusuri identificate (mai ales daca compari cu un all inclusive turcia): sala de fitness este contra cost, mini bar este gratuit (pt all invlusive )doar in prima zi, fiecare refill ulterior fiind taxat, entertainment pt copii destul de slab cu loc de joaca destul de slabut

Este un resort fff bine pus la punct,f.curat,masa este de nota 10+,noi am facut rezervari si la celelalte restaurante si va recomand cu multa caldura restaurant barbeque,restaurant cretan cu produse specifice si bio,restaurant italian.Hotelul este fff aproape de oras.In incinta resortului sunt si modalitati de distractie (discoteca si clubul)sau pe frumoasa terasa a hotelului,echipa de animatie si ea de nota 10.Multumesc agentiei Jeka pt indrumarea de a alege acest resort,va recomad cu multa caldura sa mergeti aici,nu o sa regretati.Totul este de nota 10 + alaturi de multe felicitari echipei de conducere a resortului.Un concediu minunat unde cu siguranta vom mai reveni.
Hotelul arata excelent - curat, renovat, verde, usor accesibil, locatia e splendida, serviciile sunt in regula, nu neaparat ireprosabile. Bufetul all inclusive are varietate, mai putin fructe de mare. Multe optiuni de distractie pentru copii in zona, mai putine pentru adulti. In concluzie genul de loc in care sa te intorci cu siguranta.

However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the aforementioned points of your review. Regarding the food offered in our restaurants, we would like to clarify that we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following local and Mediterranean recipes. As our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations, we hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours. Also, please be kindly informed that the menu is only gets repetitive after two weeks, while lunch is offered in three different restaurants (Cosmos, Estia & Almyra), in everyday basis. Dinner on the other hand is offered in our 6 thematic restaurants, which differ from each other, offering unique menus and setting. As concerns the sunbeds and sunshades, we would like to assure you that we will take your comments into consideration for our future renovation/ refurbishment plans. Furthermore, we would like to explain that as it is mentioned in all our brochures and descriptions a mini bar, which offered in Deluxe Rooms and Suites, is filled only upon arrival. We would also like to inform you that Creta Maris has established its own water production system within the hotel facilities, which means we offer high quality filtered water and all guests can refill their bottles or drink directly from the tub of their room. This is the reason we only offer a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Of course, in case a guest prefers to consume only bottled water, we are more than welcome to offer it with an extra charge.Moreover, since Creta Maris Beach Resort supports the local community and producers, it offers the best local brand of non-alcoholic soft drinks, called “Fimi”, as well as local natural juice. However, in order to meet our guests’ needs we also do offer fresh orange juice with extra fee. We are sorry to read that you were disappointed with your room’s cleanliness, as we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. We hope you have mentioned your dissatisfaction to our Guest Service desk in order for us to inspect the room and act accordingly.Continuing, please be kindly informed that in order to avoid misunderstandings with our guests, we do communicate that our fully equipped and specialized Fitness Center is offered with an extra charge, as it is offered by an external cooperator. We also mention that we offer a second free of charge fitness room with standard equipment, in order to meet our guests needs within the All Inclusive program. However, we will take in mind your dissatisfaction and will consider upgrading the facilities of our free of charge fitness room. As regards your comment about our environmental policies, we are sorry to read your personal opinion, as Creta Maris Beach Resort adapts to the Cretan culture and gastronomy while supplies exclusively local products in the food section and operates in a green oriented environment. We aim to offer to our guests an integrated experience relevant to nutrition, culture and the roots of Crete, simultaneously with the resort’s environmentally friendly operation. For us the reduction of costs is not the objective but an economic benefit of our sustainable actions. We would like to ask you to read our 2015 Annual Sustainability Report, which describes in detail all the activities of Creta Maris in all fields identified as Sustainability pillars, namely the Environment, Employees, Society and Market, showing in practice our commitment to Sustainability. Lastly, concerning your comment about the manager you talked with during your stay, please let me explain that all the members of Creta Maris team are doing their best to fulfil any wish of our guests and offer the best experience guests can have during their vacations. As regards your comments about the hazelnut spread, please allow us to clarify that as its food label correctly indicates it is a vegetarian dish, and does not contain milk. Apart from hazelnut spread we also do offer Nutella spread (contains milk), in our dessert buffet. However, as last year we did not have labeling in our dessert buffet, we advised our guests with special diet to consultant a member of our F&B staff in order to secure the existence or not of specific ingredients. Thus, we can assure you that in case you were eating the hazelnut spread, which was carrying a label indicating vegetarian dish, it did not contain milk. Furthermore, please be kindly informed that all our food labels have been checked multiple times before being printed, in order to avoid any mistake, however, we always ask our guests with special diet or food intolerance to state it during the reservation process or upon arrival, in order to get them in touch with our Chefs so they could advise them on the food options. However, we would like to offer you some explanation on the aforementioned points. Please allow us to mention that our animation program is designed to meet the majority of our guests needs. We also do surprise our guests with live music shows and other events. However, we will consider your dissatisfaction and do our best in order to ameliorate the entertainment program even more. As regards the provided evening entertainment, please let us inform you that even though we do not mention in our brochures and website that we offer live music in the evenings, we do occasionally surprise our guests with unexpected activities and events (ie. During last season, every Tuesday there was live music at the Romantic Bar and then Greek night with Lydakis bouzouki player).Moreover, during the high season, it is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool, accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m., and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one more quiet area. In addition, our pool attendants are more than happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed.Regarding the dress code applied in our restaurants during dinner, please be kindly informed that dress code is applied following our guests’ wishes. Moreover, please be kindly informed that after a survey we conducted in order to find out the opinion our guests have about the dress code, we have modified it and tailored shorts are allowed since August 2016.
