Am fost la Alexandros Palace in luna septembrie 2012, am rezervat camera in aripa noua. Am fost foarte multumita de conditiile de cazare: mancare, curatenie, plaja, intrarea lina in apa. As reveni cu placere la acest hotel.
am fost in acesta locatie la inceputul lunii iulie, plaja e mica dar pentru intimitate se poate merge cu feribotul pe insula Ammouliani din vecinatate-merita...
cat despre camere am nimeit la parter si a fost super ok, terasa privata cu fotolii si masuta, camera 6/7 metri cu pat dublu si canapea, lcd, bucatarie, baie super ok, cat despre masa aici gustul nu se discuta, au fost de toate ptr toti=fripurici, salata, branyeturi, fructe si prajituriiiiiii, multi turisti din rusia anul acesta, per total a fost ok, zona merita vizitata,
Am stat la acest hotel anul trecut, la sfarsitul lunii iunie, timp de 5 nopti. Nu este un hotel la care sa ma intorc cu placere. Camerele nu au nimic de-a face cu stralucirea celor din poze. Mobilierul este obisnuit iar in unele camere chiar uzat. Am fost inspirati sa rezervam camera in complexul nou construit, pentru care am platit ceva in plus, pentru ca in celelalte camere puteai intra de pe alee direct in camera, nu aveai nici un fel de intimitate iar mobilierul era uzat. Mancarea lasa foarte mult de dorit, era multa e adevarat (pentru cine apreciaza acest aspect) insa ii lipsea gustul si savoarea. Dulciurile sunt singurele care mai ridica ceva din nota pe care as acord-o mancarii. Exista 2 piscine exterioare, nu stiu unde este acea piscina de interior si jacuzzi-ul din poze. Probabil sunt deschise doar in sezonul rece. Plaja era constituita mai mult din pamant si avea o conducta de toata frumusetea care ajungea pana in mare. Iti pierea toata pofta de facut plaja acolo. Concluzionand, merita sa mergi in Halkidiki, Athos, dar nu la acest hotel si nu in regim de demipensiune, sunt atatea taverne dragute , cu preturi decente unde poti sa mananci tot ceea ce poftesti fara a fi conditionat de o anumita ora la care trebuie sa ajungi la masa si fara sa existe imbulzeala ingrozitoare care se forma la bufet.

Sleep is a very personal matter, so I understand that you didn't like our mattresses and pillows, however we can assure you that we spare no expense when it comes to that. Neither do we with food. We take great care to serve only fresh, handmade meals, healthy and great in variety. We offer various options for people who love meals high in fat, but also those who are on a diet, with completely fat-free, roasted fillet, steamed vegetables, healthy breakfast options and so on. We are sorry our menu was not to your liking, but we can reassure you that we are strict about the quality of our food and also possess European food quality and hygiene certifications. Regarding the wi-fi, despite our investment on an optical fibre in 2016, we had issues with the provider, so sometimes the internet did not work in the rooms. We are very sorry about that. We would also like to let you know that the hotel is under partial renovation and will be fully functional until summer 2017. Dear Miss Maria, thank you for your feedback. Please let me point out a few particular points. Regarding recreation and fun in the nearby villages, the closest of which, by the way is a walkable distance of about 2km, there are all day bars and clubs that stay open until early in the morning, for those seeking a party atmosphere that a quiet family hotel cannot provide. All 3 villages in close proximity have such bars/clubs, operating daily. We sadly cannot control the temperature of outdoor pools, they take the temperature of the environment. Entertainment is normally available at our hotel, but it varies depending on demand and attendance, so we apologise if our evening schedules were not entertaining enough. About the food, as we really spare no expense at preparing strictly fresh, handmade meals, we feel it's a little sad that you found it poor. However, we are taking your views into account, for future reference. We would also like to let you know that the hotel is under partial renovation and will be fully functional until summer 2017.
